Here are troubleshooting steps you can do on your own:
- Can you tell us the version of your board and if you can’t find it please take a picture for us.
- Do you have a way to test your 9V battery? Did you try it with a new one?
- When you flex your arm can you hear that "whoosh" sound on the speaker?
- To connect to a smartphone you need the Green cable(smartphone), be sure they have the right sides on the right devices(smartphone to smartphone)--(Spikerbox to Spikerbox).
- After opening the SpikeRecorder and connecting the cable, clap your hands and tell us if you can see it on the screen!
- Some phone cases can block the smartphone cable jack to go all the way in, be sure that is not the case.
